ResourceTek is the Human Capital division of BWSC, Inc., a multi-discipline Engineering firm. We specialize in providing technical services to industry and government in all areas of Engineering, Information Technology, and a broad range of other Technical disciplines.

In support of our client, a tier 1 supplier to the automotive industry, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant near Huntsville, AL. In addition to answering phones and greeting guests, this position will support the HR Department with filing, invoicing, as well as other administrative/office duties. This is a long-term contract position.


  • Answer phones, greet guests
  • Assist HR Manager with new hire paperwork, on-boarding, filing, etc.
  • Administrative support and other duties as needed


  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related, preferred
  • 1 – 2 years of Administrative and data entry experience is required
  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Must be professional
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
