Financial Controls Admin


In support of our client, a leading provider of network software and hardware-based solutions, we are seeking a Financial Controls Administrator in Huntsville, AL. This is a long-term, contract position.

Seeking detail oriented Financial Controls Administrator to manage the purchase order and invoice processes and conduct checks and balances for all stages of the projects under the direction of the Project Controls Manager, aiming for the execution of projects that are on schedule, generating acceptable margins and completed in accordance to the Client Scope of Work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the tracking and submittals of all Purchase Order requests and invoice submittals.

  • Insure that SOW and subsequent change orders are consistent from Client Sales Orders to Vendor Purchase Orders.

  • Oversee project document controls.

  • Initiate and assemble all requirements for financial true-ups per site.

  • Verify that all preceding requirements/deliverables are met/received prior to submitting vendor invoices to Project Manager for approval or invoices to Client.

  • Verify that all Cupsing requirements are met and work with Project Managers to rectify any issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent Excel skills including the creation of formulas and VLOOKUP's

  • Solid analytical and organization skills

  • Experience in fast paced and heavy volume environments

  • Must be available to work, on average, a fifty (50) hour work week
