It is our commitment to design an employment package that is that leads our industry.  We offer exclusive company sponsored programs that provide flexible benefit options because of the diverse needs of our individual employees.  Upon hire, each new employee will have access to the convenience of our employee services including electronic time reporting, direct deposit, and a real person to walk you through the benefit options.


Overview of Available Employee Benefits:

Group Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance:

  • Available through BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee
    • 2 medical options may be elected; traditional PPO copay with $1000 deductible and HSA qualified plan with $3000 deductible and out of pocket max.
  • ResourceTek contributes between 54% – 80% of employee-only medical and dental premiums depending upon your option selection
  • RESOURCETEK contributes a portion toward all employee only premiums
  • Employees may participate on the 1st day of the month following a 60-day waiting period

Group Life with AD&D:

  • Available through BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee subsidiary USAble Life
  • $30,000 Guaranteed Issue amount (employee only)
  • ResourceTek contributes 100% of the employee only premium
  • Coverage is effective on the 1st day of the month following a 60-day waiting period

Flexible Spending Account:

  • Administered by BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee
  • Employees may participate the 1st of the month following a 60-day waiting period

HSA Health Savings Account:

  • Administered by Health Equity
  • Employees may participate if they are enrolled in the BCBST Medical Option 2 plan HSA qualified medical insurance option.
  • Employees may participate as soon as HSA qualified medical plan is effective

Voluntary Group Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance:

  • Available through Dearborn National
  • Up to 60% of weekly income (Benefits may be elected in $50 increments)

401(k) & Roth 401(k) Plans:

  • Administered by Securian
  • Employees may participate after both 3 months and 500 hours of service

Voluntary Supplemental Policies:

  • Term Life & AD&D available through USAble Life
  • Accident available through Aflac
  • Critical Illness through Aflac
  • Hospital Indemnity through Aflac
